Park Towers, originally planned as two towers (hence the plural name) was Dallas’ only co-op apartment building when it opened in 1964 before the concept of a “condo” became popular. The 89-unit building has long since converted to condo ownership. The building numbers its floors differently starting in the basement. The lobby is on the third floor, resulting in a first residential floor being on the 4th floor. Floors 4-17 contain six units of two 2-bedroom floor plans. Units A, C, D, and F are corners with two adjoining bedrooms while units B and E have bedrooms separated by a central living room. For those wanting more than two bedrooms, there are three floors of “penthouse” units that divvy floors into four units instead of six.

For those seeking Katy Trail access, Park Towers is one of the few high-rise condo buildings located smack-dab on the trail and sandwiched on the other side by Turtle Creek and Reverchon Park. The building is also steps from Uptown.

Building amenities include porters, fitness center, outdoor pool, two party rooms, commercial kitchen, four guest suites, two hobby/craft spaces, centralized laundry and its own car wash in the parking garage.
